Attractions Team - Casual and Part time roles available

Be part of our excellent customer service delivery team around the centre, role will include;

• customer engagement throughout the centre, providing customers with an unforgettable pirate themed experience
• Support the varied programme of activities and sessions
• Carry out car park marshalling duties, meet and greet customers, pool band monitoring and Mascot walkabouts
• Conduct front of house duties, gift shop sales, holiday activity sessions, making bookings, taking payments and answering the telephone
• Be able to deliver parties to a high standard and exceed the birthday child’s expectations for their special day

Customer Service Advisor -  Casual and Part time roles available

Join our Front of house team, dealing with cusotmer bookings, admissions and enquires. Customer Service Advisors need to;

• Be passionate about promoting our products
• Be able to work under your own initiative and work as part of a team
• Have an enthusiastic can do attitude and friendly personality
• Be confident in using computers
• Experienced in customer service, being the first points of contact, its’ key you can provide a professional service to all our customers

You will be required to work days, evenings and weekends.  Full training will be given on the centre’s systems
