Will I get 1.5 hours in the pool?

Yes, customers can enter reception 10 minutes before the start of their session time.  Admissions are processed in 15-minute intervals, where customers are offered a different coloured band to indicate the start time of their 1.5-hour pool session.

At the end of your session your coloured wrist band will be announced over our tannoy system. 

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your booking in order to maximise your time in the pool.

 

What if I'm running late?

Customer Notice: Important Information About Late Arrivals

Please note that your booked session time is your allotted pool time. If you arrive late, be prepared to wait. We will do our best to fit you in at the next available time slot, but this will depend on booking numbers and the extent of your lateness. Please be aware that we may also refuse entry if necessary.

Additionally, if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your full 90-minute session time.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Can I get a refund if I’m running late or my child or member of my family are sick?

Creating an account at time of booking will allow you to amend your own booking up to 24 hours before your session. 

Subject to availability, you can amend your own booking by calling us on the day on 01344 862525. If however availability is not available or you do not attend without prior notice, no refunds will be offered.

Having Problems booking online?

Step1 - Select either Coral Reef Bookings for pools or Coral Spa for Spa

Step 2 - For Pool bookings select either Family swimming with waterslides (Weekdays from 3.30pm, weekends and Holidays, pools and Slides) or Public swimming (weekdays until 3.30pm and saturday mornings at 8am, use of pools, splashpad and 1x Family waterslide). (No refunds or transfers available with a fixed ticket) 

Step 3 - Select number of tickets and proceed to basket

Step 4 - Select date amd time of session, check availability/spaces (1.5hr session)

Step 5 - Select Book/checkout

Step 6 - Add personal details/email (also account details when booking to be able to make amendments to your booking should you need to upto 24hours before your session)

Step 7 - Select payment

Receive order confirmation email and confirmation of booking terms and conditions. Present Booking code at Main reception upon arrival.

 

Can I use my Everyone Active Membership?

No, Coral Reef is currently a stand alone EA site. We currently dont offer any discounts for EA memberships. Please see our Discount offerings FAQ for our latest offers. 

Can I book consecutive sessions?

Yes. Customers can book consecutive sessions, both sessions are charged at the advertised normal rate dependent upon the session.

Can I purchase a ticket from main reception?

No, no admissions will be available at main reception with all sessions required to be booked online via our website or everyoneactive app.

What do i need for my locker?

Our lockers require a £1 coin or trolley token which is returnable

Do i need to pay for parking?

Car parking charges and enforcement in operation in our car park. Visitors of Coral Reef will need to provide our front of house team their vehicle registration details upon arrival at reception for a virtual parking permit, which will cover 5hours of parking free of charge with no need to pay and display. No refunds will be offered to customers who continue to pay and display.

Where's the nearest train/ bus station?

Bracknell train station - 1.7miles away, 7 min drive/taxi ride away, 50 min walk

Martins Heron - 1.3miles away, 8 min drive/taxi ride away, 35min walk

 

Bus routes - 171 or 172, run every half hour, nearest bus stop to Coral Reef is Sainsburys, bagshot road

 

Is parking available?

How long before should I arrive?

We recommend arriving a minimum of 10 mins prior to your swimming session to allow plenty of time to park. 

(During peak times, the car park will be busier than normal so please allow time to park)

Peak times - Weekends, school holidays and bank holidays

Can my child ride the waterslides?

If they are a single rider. they are require to be a minimum of 1.2 metres tall. Anyone under this height can ride Maelstrom, Aqua Splash and Storm Chaser if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE ON THE GIANT WATERSLIDES:

The Cannon (Fast Slide)
- Body Slide
- Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride
- Only open to those aged eight and over

Aqua Splash (Family Slide)
- Body Slide
- Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over), children over 1.2m must ride solo
- Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over

- Slide exits into a 1.15m deep splash pool

Storm Chaser (Medium Slide)
- Raft Slide
- Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
- Children from 1m in height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in a double raft

- Children under 1m are not permitted to ride this slide as must able to sit in a raft comfortably and able to hold the handles to be able to ride the Storm Chaser

Poseidon’s Peril (Space Crater)
- Raft Slide
- Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride
- Only open to those aged eight and over

Maelstrom
- Raft Slide
- Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
- Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in a double raft

- Children under 1m are not permitted to ride this slide as must able to sit in a raft comfortably and able to hold the handles to be able to ride the Maelstrom

Do i need to book children under 5years old?

Yes, all swimmers must be booked even children under 5yrs.

How deep is the pool?

Main/ Leisure Pool starts a 0.3m in Little Corals to 1.35m at its deepest. No sudden depth changes.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, there is no requirement to print your booking. Please have your electronic booking reference to hand upon arrival.

 

Can the lights in the slides be turned off for customers with photosensitivity?

Unfortunately not. Customers can choose not to make an interactive selection at the top of the slide, which will prevent any additional lights and music being played while riding. However, all of the slides have natural daylight ring sections which, as advised by our manufactures, are not suitable for those with photosensitive conditions. Warnings are present on all of our waterslide signage.

What age can children swim inaccompanied?

Children 8years + can swim unaccompanied 

Children under 8 years must swim accompanied by an adult 18yrs+ on a 2:1 Ratio. please note, Adult concessions with carers will require a further adult to supervise any children under 8yrs. Adult concessions and carers can not be included in adult to children supervision ratios. 

What do i need to know regarding birthday parties?

Our Children's swimming parties have returned from 1st June 2022 and are currently available until 2nd December 2022. Following required works more party sessions and offerings will shortly become available from September 2022. Below is everything you need to know regarding our current offerings.

1.    How do I book a Coral Reef Water world party?

We offer a quick and easy way to book birthday parties at Coral Reef. All party bookings must be made online. Just follow this link to book your party today.

2.    Can I book a party at the weekend?

Unfortunately at this moment our current party offering is only available Wednesday-Friday. Watch this space weekend party’s to be returning soon!

3.    What is included in restaurant hire?

Our restaurant is the perfect add on to for your self-catering needs.  We will set up an exclusive area for your party with early access to decorate how you please. On arrival a member of the team can direct you to area and provide storage for any food that needs to be kept in the fridge. We can help provide an address for any delivery requests. You can use this space to provide your own food including ordering food to site. There will be no access to the kitchen for use. 

You are SOLELY responsible and EVERYONE ACTIVE  accept no responsibility for the quality and content of any food provided at your party and any subsequent side effects from it (eg nut allergies)

4.    Can I add more children?

You can bring minimum of 12 children for £135. You can bring up to 8 additional children for £90.00, (£11.25 individually) If you do require more children please call us 01344862525 this depends on pool numbers booked in our public session.

5.    Do Adults have to join in with the swim party?

No they don’t if the children are over 8. Any children under 8 must be unaccompanied by an adult. A pool party supervision is required to be completed prior to arrival for your party and is printable from your booking confirmation email. 

6.    My child is under 8 can they still have a swim party?

Yes all ages are welcome! All under 8 years must be supervised by an adult, a maximum of 2 under can be supervised by one adult.  One adult is admitted FREE of charge per each 2 under 8’s. If you require any other adults they will be required to purchase a ticket. Extra adults can be added at the time of booking, please call us to book your free adults.

7.     Will I need to bring £1.00 coins to use the lockers?

No, we designate an area of the changing village for party use and we will use this room to lock up any bags. We recommend not leaving any valuables in your bags.

8.    Are the slides on during the Party?

Yes all 5 giant waterslides will be on! Our parties take place during the family swim with waterslides session.

9.    Can I bring a cake?

You can only bring your own food and drink with the restaurant hire.   

Do we run offers and promotions?

Yes, these are scheduled throughout the year. 

Current offers running

Monday Madness. Unlimited swimming on Monday afternoons from 3.30pm. Bookable under family swimming with waterslides, customers can use the pools and slides for as long they they'd like until pool close at 8.45pm rather than our usual 1.5hour slots.

Buy one get one free, Available on Thursdays afternoons from 3.30pm. Bookable under family swimming with waterslides, offer valid on multiples of the same ticket type with discount automatically applied on payment screen. 

Adopt a school, Nominate your nursery or pre school by contacting us via our Social media pages or at coralreefinfo@everyoneactive.com. Adopt a school programme offers 2 weeks of FREE swimming to all attending selected nurserys or preschools during our public swimming sessions.
