Coral Reef Online booking Terms and Conditions - Fixed Tickets -

(Not Available until further notice)

  1. Online bookings for both swimming and the Coral Spa can be made up to 8 weeks in advance.
  2. All sessions are bookable online,
  3. There is strictly no spectating on site due to our COVID19 rules.
  4. Please present either a copy (printed or electronic) of your booking confirmation and present it to reception on arrival. Here, you will be issued your pool bands at the start of your session.
  5. No refunds or transfers will be given.

Coral Reef Online booking Terms and Conditions - Flexi Tickets

  1. Customers are to create an account at payment screen by entering a password, this will allow customers to make amendments to bookings up to 24 hours prior. customers can amend a flexi ticket booking as many times as required.

  2. Online bookings for both swimming and the Coral Spa can be made up to 8 weeks in advance.

  3. All sessions are bookable online.

  4. There is strictly no spectating on site due to our COVID19 rules.

  5. Flex tickets are available in adult, junior and family tickets and are only available for Family swim with Waterslide sessions (Term time evenings Monday – Friday, Holiday periods, Weekends and Bank holidays) . Concession tickets can also be purchased. Proof of concession will be required on attending the booked session.

  6. Flexi upgrade tickets can only be purchased at time of original booking and creating an account. Fixed tickets can not be upgraded to Flexi tickets at a later date.

  8. You may change your booking as required up to 24 hours before your booked session

  9. Please note we do not offer any ticket refunds. Customers can only amend session dates and/or times and add additional tickets to existing bookings subject to availability. Changes to ticket types or cancellation of all or any tickets is not permitted

FACILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Post Covid lockdown 

Please ensure you read this information thoroughly before visiting the centre. All the measures detailed below are based on government guidance and our own risk assessments.

General measures we are undertaking, include:

• We ask that anyone feeling ill or showing signs of any symptoms does not attend the centre and follow NHS guidance

• Ensuring our cleaning measures adhere to Public Health England guidance

• All activities will have maximum numbers allocated

• We have implemented a one-way system (where possible) so we can maintain social distancing guidelines in all areas of our centres

• Hand sanitiser and cleaning materials will be located at various locations around the building for customers to use

• All customer communication can be done through this website to avoid interaction, but where this may be unavoidable, we have installed protective ‘sneeze screens’

• We will provide training for all team members on our new way of operating, ensuring both member and team safety is always a priority

• All activities will be booked online or via the Everyone Active app prior to visiting the building

• We will increase our cleaning of the centre and have reviewed our procedures to ensure they meet the COVID 19 Public Health England COVID 19: Cleaning of non-healthcare settings guidance. You will see additional focused cleaning of any shared surfaces and regular antivirus fogging of areas throughout the day

• Remind both colleagues and customers of Government advice through clear notices around our centres


Travelling to our centres

• We ask that all our customers consider the safest way to travel to our facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic

Government advice is to avoid using public transport where ever possible.  Where distances allow, you could make your journey to our centre part of your exercise regime by running, walking or cycling.  We do have car parking facilities at the majority of our locations.  For further information please visit the Dept for Transport website.

• All booking and payments need to be via the website or the Everyone Active app.

Coral Reef Specific Additional Measures

• Coral Reef opening hours have been adjusted to 9am-7pm Monday-Sunday throughout August.

• We will be offering our Flexi tickets only which will allow customers, should you need to, to amend your booking up to 24 hours before subject to availability.

• Arrive no earlier than 15 mins before session start, please print out the Car Park pass (part of the confimation e-mail) and display on your dashboard,  If you are unable to do this passes will be avalible at reception to pick up and display, please be aware that restrictions and enforcements will continue in the car park and if you have not displayed a pass or paid and displayed you may recive a ticket.

Please remain in your car until 10 Min before your session.

• Customers with young children using pushchairs are asked to leave their pushchairs in their vehicles.

• Customers to come ‘Beach Ready’, we ask all customers to come with their swimming attire on beneath their clothing. Changing cubicles will be available on arrival to change privately as quickly as possible, a small number of larger family changing cubicles will also be available.

• Please ensure you have a £1 coin or trolley token for your locker as we will not be able to provide change.

• Hand Sanitising will be available on entrance to and exit from the building.                                               

• Banded sessions to ensure no overcrowding at one time.

• Sanitiser available at band collection point.

• 90 minute sessions to include all areas of Pool & Flumes.

• One way systems through the Changing Village, indicated by wall and floor markings.

• Lockers and toilets in the Changing village will be available

• Showers will be available for pre swim hygiene, customers when leaving are encouraged to shower at home. Changing cubicles will also be available prior to exit.

• Allocated Changing areas for each session.

• Reduced numbers in total to enable social distancing throughout Coral Reef Waterworld

• One way systems within the Pool area and Flumes

• Social Distancing markers in place at queueing locations, including queueing system for flumes

• Regular Cleaning and sanitising, including the Pool and Flumes areas.

• Sanitisation of flume rafts after each ride.

• A small retail offering will be available on arrival with all payments required to be cashless. A small retailing offering will be available online to be purchased alongside your swim tickets that can be collected upon arrival.

There will be no catering facilities open in this phase of reopening at Coral reef, this will also include no vending machine offerings. No spectating will be permitted and Coral Spa will also remain closed until further notice. There will also be no access to hair drying facilities.

General conditions under Normal operation

  1. Pool Safety and Admission Rules apply and are displayed within Centre reception areas and set out within these Facilities Terms and Conditions.
  2. Children under  the age of eight must be accompanied in the water by their parent or responsible adult aged 18 or over with at least one responsible adult for every two children.
  3. It is the Parents or Responsible adult responsibility to provide arm bands or floatation devices for any child who requires theses aids.
  4. Please allow time for parking.
  5. Swim sessions at Coral Reef Waterworld are for a guaranteed 1hour 30minutes, beginning from the stated start time of your booked session, including changing time.
  6. Admission to the changing village is not permitted until the start of booked swim session
  7. Customers that have booked into the Coral Spa will need to have ID (driving license, passport, Pass accredited ID) as proof that they are over 18 years old.
  8. If, for reasons beyond our control, your session is cancelled, we will endeavor to contact you prior to your arrival at Coral Reef Waterworld and a full refund will be given.

PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The car park at Coral Reef Waterworld is operated on a pay & display basis with car park enforcement rules apply. Failure to display a valid ticket, permit or confimation e-mail may result in a penalty charge.
  2. It can be very busy at weekend, school holidays and bank holidays so please arrive with sufficient time to park safely, we advise arriving 15 minutes prior to your session as late arrival will mean reduced time in the pools.
  3. Please print and display your confimation e-mail or go to reception to recive a free Parking permit. We are unable to refund customers who have paid and displayed.
  4. Blue badge holders are exempt from the parking restrictions provided your badge is clearly displayed.
  5. The Car park is closed and locked from 1 hour after the pools closure to the public.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE ON THE GIANT WATERSLIDES:

The Cannon (Fast Slide)
- Body Slide
- Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride
- Only open to those aged eight and over

Aqua Splash (Family Slide)
- Body Slide
- Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
- Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over

Storm Chaser (Medium Slide)
- Raft Slide
- Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
- Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in a double raft

Poseidon’s Peril (Space Crater)
- Raft Slide
- Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride
- Only open to those aged eight and over

Maelstrom
- Raft Slide
- Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
- Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in a double raft

VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To redeem gift vouchers

  1. Buy your Coral Reef Waterworld Gift Vouchers now and use them to book your tickets later!
  2. Gift voucher for use of Pools and Coral Spa (includes use of Giant Waterslides during Family fun with Flumes sessions)
  3. Valid for 6 months from Purchase, gift voucher code can be used more than once until full value has been redeemed.
  4. When purchasing multiple gift vouchers for different people, please do so in seperate transactions, otherwise the different vouchers will show on the same confirmation email.
  5. Gift vouchers are for online redemption only and cannot be transferred or refunded. Vouchers can only be redeemed against a swim admission only (swim 4 everyone or family fun with flumes sessions) and cannot be redeemed against retail or food/beverage items. Voucher cannot be resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Redemption of this gift voucher is for online ticket prices at time of booking (these are subject to change from April 1st 2019)
  6. You can check session times and availability online by looking at our booking pages for the selected event to book onto the relevant day.
  7. Coral Reef/Everyone Active reserves the right to cancel vouchers at any time.
  8. All voucher users are bound by all terms and conditions of Coral Reef and Everyone Active.

Retail

EVERYONE ACTIVE RETAIL REFUND POLICY

Should you wish to return any retail product, on proof of purchase, we will exchange the item or provide a full refund, provided the item is unwashed, unworn and unused. This will be valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be offered on receipt of originally purchased item to Coral Reef. Coral Reef will cover the P&P costs.

If any retail product is found to be faulty, on proof of purchase we will exchange the item or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Party General terms and conditions

Please allow time for parking prior to your party, party will be admitted no more than 5 minutes prior to stated start times to allow for changing. Late arrival will result in shorter pool time.

Car parking is pay and display, all customers are required to pay and display and can claim the £3 back at main reception on presentation of the small part of the ticket stub (the larger part must remain on display correctly in your vehicle)

Following a December 2019 review of our party packages, All weekend evening parties from 6pm will return to single (exclusive use) parties from 9th February 2019, parties booked prior to this may be shared with another party. Childrens swimming parties run during public Family swim with Waterslide sessions.

Reef Restuarant Hire is for 45 minutes only with a prompt finish at the end of your session. Please help clear the area before the end of your booked time. Restuarant Hire is for a section of the restuarant and maybe shared with another party.

Failure to adhere with the below pool admissions policy will result in parties not being admitted into the pools.

Pool Party Admissions

In line with our Under 8’s swimming pool admission policy; an adult (over the age of 18) or parent must supervise 2 specific children in the water throughout a Pool Party.

The Parents/Guardian of the birthday child MUST:- (complete the attached Pool Party supervision form)

1.    Identify all children attending the birthday party that are under the age of 8 years old.
2.    Identify whether each child is a swimmer (S) or a non-swimmer (NS).
3.    Identify an adult aged 18 or over who will be swimming and directly responsible for supervising each child (with a maximum of 2 children per adult).   
4.    The pool party can not commence until this form is fully completed.

Appropriate swimwear must also be worn at all times. swimwear which is not made from chlorine-resistant materials may be damaged. swimwear should be durable for use on the slides. unfortunately, due to the nature of slide riding, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to costumes - particularly if slide rules are not followed. we would advise that weak or non swimmers wear close-fitting swimwear.

Please Note: Floatation aids (armbands and woggles) are not available for hire. Parents are to provide any floatation aids required. alternatively these can be purchased at main reception prior to the party.

CATERING PROVIDED BY EVERYONE ACTIVE:

Parties are to be paid in full at time of booking, additional children can be added prior to party giving 7 days notice of such, party maximum numbers dependant upon party type.

The exact numbers and quantities of each menu choice must be given to the centre a minimum of 7 days in advance of the party date. Failure to do so will result in EVERYONE ACTIVE choosing for you!

If catering is not provided please speak to your party organiser. If parents or guardian are providing catering you are solely responsible and EVERYONE ACTIVE accepts no responsibility for the quality and content of any food provided at your party and any subsequent side effects from it (e.g. nut allergies)

CANCELLATIONS:

Please note no refunds will be given unless at least 2 weeks notice is received in writing prior to the date of your party.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING:

No Photography is permitted at all during Public swimming or Family Swimming with Waterslides sessions. Permissions can be agreed by the Duty Manager for Birthday parties only.

Only photographs/filming of the individuals within your party can be photographed/filmed. This includes individuals who may be captured in the background. All photography and filming is only permitted in the party location or the party rooms.

I agree to abide by photographs/filming conditions, which permits the person named below to use one camera on the day of the party.

All additional photographs/filming equipment must be registered with Reception before use.

I agree to abide by the Centre’s Rules and Conditions of Hire and accept that all activities are undertaken at parents and children’s own risk.
