We only accept online bookings. Ticket availability at the main reception is limited to any unsold online capacity.

Weekdays (Monday, Thursday, and Friday): 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
School Holiday Periods: 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM

The Coral Spa (for adults 16+) is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and indulge yourself. With three saunas, a Japanese steam room, cool pool, spa pool, and heated sun loungers, it’s the ideal retreat. If you’re looking for more excitement, your ticket also includes access to the pools and Giant Water Slides for a maximum of three hours.

Car parking charges and enforcement are in operation in our car park. Visitors must provide their vehicle registration details to our front-of-house team upon arrival for a virtual parking permit, covering 5 hours of parking free of charge with no need to pay and display. No refunds will be offered to customers who pay and display.

We offer transfers but not refunds on tickets. Customers can amend their bookings by creating and logging into their accounts.
