This ticket covers 2 adults and 2 juniors aged 5 - 15 years inclusive. Amendments can be made up to 24 hours prior to your session. Please note this is one ticket covering four people and cannot be divided if some members are unable to attend.

Senior (64 years+). Amendments can be made upto 24 hour prior to your session.

Ticket covers either 1 adult or 1 junior (ages 5–15). ONLY VALID for residents living in GU15, GU47, RG12, RG42, RG45, SL4 or SL5 postcodes. Proof of address is required upon entry. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 3:30pm, as well as on Mondays and Fridays during term time from 3:30pm. Please note: All children under 8 years must be accompanied in the water by an adult. For safety reasons, one adult may supervise a maximum of two children under 8. Entry may be refused or withdrawn if this ratio is not maintained at all times.

This ticket does not include access to the pools or Coral Spa. Spectating is only permitted from the restaurant area; poolside spectating is not allowed. Seating is limited, and you may need to wait for a space. Please note that views may be restricted. A spectator ticket is only required during restaurant opening hours.

Covers entry for a qualifying concession guest plus one carer. Eligibility requires proof on entry: DLA, PIP, Access Card, Full-Time Carer’s Allowance (excl. Child/Working Tax Credits). Carers must be 16+ and provide support at all times. They cannot supervise additional children under 8 unless another responsible adult is present; neither the concession guest nor carer counts toward the 1:2 adult-to-child ratio. Admission may be refused if supervision requirements aren’t met. Extra carers can be added with a separate ticket by contacting reception ahead of time.

Concessions are available for guests with disabilities (DLA, PIP, Access Card), students (NUS card or 6th Form registration), Blue Light Card holders and Armed Forces personnel (valid ID or payslip), and those on Universal Credit or full-time carers (JSA, ESA, LCWRA; Child/Working Tax Credits excluded). Proof of eligibility is required for every concession ticket booked at entry and cannot be applied to the whole booking. Amendments can be made up to 24 hours prior to your session.
