Available for guests with disabilities (DLA, PIP, Access Card). Proof of eligibility is required for every concession ticket booked at entry. Amendments can be made up to 24 hours prior to your session.

Additional carer if required. Customers requiring care support on a 2:1 ratio will require written proof upon arrival at reception. Carers must be 16+ and provide support at all times. They cannot supervise additional children under 8 unless another responsible adult is present; neither the concession guest nor carer counts toward the 1:2 adult-to-child ratio. Admission may be refused if supervision requirements aren’t met. Extra carers can be added with a separate ticket by contacting reception ahead of time.
