This ticket does not include access to the pools or Coral Spa. Spectating is only permitted from the restaurant area; poolside spectating is not allowed. Seating is limited, and you may need to wait for a space. Please note that views may be restricted. A spectator ticket is only required during restaurant opening hours. When the restaurant is closed, spectating is free of charge. A £1.50 transaction fee applies per order at checkout.

Concession Ticket (Eligible Groups Only) One ticket type covering guests with disabilities (DLA middle rate or above, PIP, Access Card), students (NUS card/6th Form registration), Blue Light Card holders and Armed Forces personnel (valid ID or payslip), and those on Universal Credit or full-time carers (JSA/ESA/LCWRA included — Child/Working Tax Credits excluded). Proof of eligibility is required on entry. You may amend your booking by creating an account at checkout, with changes permitted up to 24 hours prior to your session.

Concession & Carer Ticket This ticket covers entry for a qualifying concession guest (adult or junior) and one required carer. Eligibility includes Proof of Age, Disability Living Allowance (middle rate or above), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Access Card, Universal Credit or Full-Time Carer’s Allowance (excludes Child and Working Tax Credits), JSA/ESA and LCWRA, with evidence required on entry. Carers must be 16yrs+ and remain in a caring role at all times, providing support that enables the concession guest to safely access the facilities; carers are not permitted to supervise additional children under 8yrs unless there is another responsible adult present to maintain the required 1 adult to 2 children under 8 ratio. Neither the concession guest nor the carer can be counted within this supervision ratio, and admission may be refused if supervision requirements cannot be met. Additional carers, if required, can be added as separate carer tickets (contact reception to do so).
